★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is hands down the best dance studio in the CSRA! Attend one of their shows or competitions and you will see why. The quality of dance instruction and opportunities for these dancers is outstanding. Augusta West properly trains their dancers for a lifetime of skill and appreciation in dance, whether they go on to dance professionally or not. Studio rules and expectations are clearly explained from the beginning. The classes are fun! The teachers are amazing! The MC of the shows is hysterical and entertaining! The owner treats her dancers like her own children- she is loving, talented, understanding, and professional! What they say is true- Augusta West is the Best!
November 20 · Cyndi GriffinIf you're child doesnt want to be a professional ballerina at the age of 4 and is looking for just a fun activity DO NOT GO HERE!Their polocies are not considerate to families who don't prioritize ballet above all else in life. Parents have different approaches, and instead of forcing everyone to conform, how about showing some compassion and kindness towards those with different who dont hold ballet as the most important thing in a 4 year olds life. My child will never attend this company again under its current leadership. Let me be clear, it is not the policy, price, or even the poor communication (although these things dont help the companys case)—it is the lack of kindness and respect towards people that is the real issue.
June 03 · Kristen Barrettstarted out a good experience and then after few years it Def is a studio that favors money and certain students which is unfortunate bc it causes alot of people to leave and go elsewhere instead of nurturing the dancer and being fair with dancers having opportunities and and not just a select few. The owner tells alot of people that have concerns the same thing to deflect from how she runs her studio. Wish it was better bc it could be great.
November 27 · Sid BozwellIf your child has ever been to a studio outside of Augusta, you will wonder why people think this studio is so good. It is overrated and overpriced. There are a couple of studios here that are much better. Watch some of the studios at competition and you will quickly realize that there are others that teach dance better and don't strip your pocketbook.
November 25 · Gay Lynn SwanThe director is extremely rude when addressing her paying clients, this is the second child we have had with the company and we realize once again what a mistake. Don't not spend you money here if you have any self respect. The kids suffer the most. Complete garbage and no etiquette. We will Pray for you.
