Hands-down, this is one of the best Colombian restaurants in Miami. The food is delicious. The vibe is incredible. I love their cocktails.

My first visit to Miami was made unforgettable by Bolivar! It was the first restaurant we tried, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We literally got a little bit of everything to try, and I was "yumming" all the way, especially the tapas and appetizers — they were incredible! The food was delicious, prepared with care, and the drinks were on another level. The restaurant’s decor created an atmosphere that was truly out of this world. Juan Carlos treated us so kindly, and we’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend
