★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My family and I have attended many dances, musical workshops and community dinners here. The Summit School in Montpelier, VT has rented The Capital City Grange for several years to host musical workshops. The dance floor is wonderful, very spacious hardwood floor. There is a rubber roll out floor covering to cover the wood when used as a concert hall to protect the floor. Lots of chairs available. A great stage for the musicians. Bring all your sound gear. Downstairs, the kitchen is a great place to set up your dinners. Lots of tables and chairs. An older place, clean and tidy. Lots of clean bathrooms and sinks. On site unpaved parking.
