This a fun center with loads of classes that are a great way for people to meet others in their community, especially if you’re older like me so you don’t get out much. I’ve taken some classes and met some friends that I still keep up with. My niece has been a member of the youth summer program they have and each time we speak she’s telling me something new or fun they did. My only issue is with some of the instructors they hire. My niece was in the Wizard of Oz production and we overheard an instructor saying intolerant things about one of the children who donned rainbow gear. I was told by my niece that the instructor was Miss Jordan and the student she was talking about goes by they/them. Regardless of what one believes, spaces like this are meant to be safe for children to express and not be talked down by those teaching them. - Rose Beard
