★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As a transplant to the Auburn area, I was so happy to find this pearl of Irish tradition. Amanda and her team share their love of Irish dance in friendly and encouraging manner. They were happy to have this 50-something dancer join their ranks, and support my love of all things Irish. Dance, in any form, is a great form of exercise and self-confidence. But add the lively tunes, centuries of tradition, and Irish dance is magical. For little kids it helps with coordination and satisfaction of repeatedly tackling new challenges. For adults, it is great fun! I highly recommend Amanda and Celtic Traditions School of Irish Dance!
June 18 · Catherine StauntonIf your kids want to do dance, but you don't want to go the traditional route, I cannot recommend Celtic Traditions enough! Amanda is fantastic with the kids. She is unbelievably patient with the 5 and under class even when it's like herding a bunch of cats. Her communication is impeccable as well. Both my girls started Celtic Traditions back in 2024 and have loved it (especially the end of year recital). If you have any questions about it being the right fit there is also a free intro class every semester to try it out! Again, I highly recommend Irish dance with Amanda. You won't be disappointed.
