November 02 · Katherine ClowdusDance Works is a great studio that offers a wide range of classes, and is suited for boys as well as girls. Their instructors have extensive backgrounds in dance, making them qualified to teach. They are the only studio in Rome offering competition, modeling, workshop, and audition opportunities for their students. This is the best place to go in Rome!
August 13 · Shane McknightI am a competitive dancer at Dance Works of Rome and this is my fourth year at the studio! The kind of education and friendships I have gained from this studio are definitely the best in rome! While being at this studio I have received the opportunity to attend a workshop with Ted Laney, a professional dancer who has traveled around the world performing, and I have been taught by Mrs. Emily to be prepared for anything at an audition which was very helpful for my audition in the Floyd county school wide musical. If you want your child to develop life long friendships, have amazing workshop and audition opportunities, and recieve an amazing dance education then Dance Works of Rome is the studio for your child!
November 02 · Autumn LAfter enrolling our daughter here for dance classes, it did not take long to see this business for what it was. The classes are chaotic at best and you are not permitted to watch your child during class. The prices seem reasonable until you add up the additional expenses. Read your paperwork carefully and ask a lot of questions - there are more added expenses than your cable bill. It's obvious this business is just in it to earn free money without providing a real dance class environment for the children. And if you have a complaint, expect to be treated as essentially a numbered customer.
