I sent my items back and the package tracking number showed that the return package was received and signed for. When I contacted customer service, they said that they hadn't received the package. I emailed her screen shots of the USPS tracking receipts and the return tracking number. She replied that they would address the situation. It has been another month and I still have not received my refund for the items that I returned. Will not shop here again, that was a big disappointment.

June 30 · Esteban CarballoOrdered over 50 dollars worth of items. Returned, paying 12 dollars myself, to exchange the item. Contacted over a week later to ask for an estimate in delivery. The customer service claims they never received it but "it might be here just not checked in". Over a week and my box is just up in the air to be lost. I contacted ups and got every detail down to the name who signed for it. Suddenly now they have it. But they aren't going to do anything about the hassle they've cause and say "place a new order to receive items faster and you'll get refunded when this is processed" which could be a couple weeks. Horrible customer service for subpar products. Update your systems. No other business takes a week to even have a record its been received. Thats absurd. They truly don't care just because dance studios order from them, so they're good. But screw the regular customer.
March 10 · Baylee MSo much for great customer service. We ordered tights on Amazon, and realized there was a pair in the costume we bought so we didn't need the ones we ordered. Went to process my return through Amazon and noticed the company is local to me. I offered to drop the item off to save me shipping costs. Their response was, "umm . . . we don't have a drop off location for returns." Terrible service!
