Decatur School of Ballet Reviews
Decatur School of Ballet is an absolute gem for adult ballet dancers! This welcoming studio offers weekly adult ballet classes, along with the rare opportunity to perform in annual recitals—a dream come true for those of us who thought our stage days were behind us. The owner, Ms. Leslie, has really created an inclusive space where everyone feels valued. The students that I've encountered are all very friendly, open-minded, humble, yet confident.
April 25 · Emma YI grew up in the Decatur School of Ballet. I started taking ballet lessons here when I was 5 and this was my second home until I was in my 20's......Now, the classes include modern dance, tap, swing, and adult classes! I'm so proud of how Ms Leslie stays true to the long tradition of ballet here, and also expands the program to include many other dance forms.....there is even a class for "Male dance for Music Theatre"! Love it!!!
