Took my first Pilates class here today and it was absolutely amazing. Honestly it was one of the first classes I’ve experienced where I genuinely feel relaxed and de-stressed afterwards. Most classes I go to are very high intensity which can be great but I really needed this nervous system regulation. I still felt the burn without feeling as if I’m using all of my energy and the teacher was very welcoming and accepting of everyone’s abilities. I felt so good afterwards and the next time I’m in NY I will definitely be back! - ava
