Grace Center for Movement Reviews
I've been taking Adult Gentle Ballet at the Grace Center for Movement for about a year and have enjoyed it tremendously. As its name suggests, it's not a "hard core" class. The instructor, Jennifer Bement, a professional dancer and choreographer, makes learning and practicing balletic movement a lot of fun. And it's great exercise. It doesn't matter if you've never danced before or took ballet a long, long time ago, Jennifer makes this class suitable for adults at all levels and ages. I highly recommend it. If you want to give it a try, drop-ins are always welcome.
