The dance teachers at Infinity Dance Studio are talented, supportive, and great with the students. The director is also kind and approachable. However, my experience with the studio manager, Irasema was disappointing.As a first-time parent enrolling my child in a dance studio, I expected a bit more guidance and support. While I did receive a folder upon registration, I assumed that key information would also be communicated directly by the front desk staff. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I only learned about the Christmas show through another parent, not from the studio itself. When I mentioned this to the front desk ladies, her response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating, “You’re supposed to read the folder. We don’t have to give you that information.”This attitude left a negative impression. On several other occasions, when I sought clarification, I was simply told to “check your email,” rather than being offered any direct assistance or guidance. As a business owner, I believe she should be more understanding and supportive, especially for first-time clients unfamiliar with the studio’s processes.While I appreciate the dedication of the teachers and other parents, my overall experience was affected by the lack of clear communication and customer care from the management.

My daughters have been going here for about 7 months now and they love it! They love the teachers! They really enjoy getting to know everyone from their classes. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help out. They really get to know all of the girls, they knew my daughters names from the time they came in for a trial to when we actually signed them up! They even offer after school care and actually help the students with their homework to ensure they are getting it done! The recitals are amazing! We have only done one and are getting ready for another, but they really do a great job on the details of the recitals, the dances are so good and most importantly they have fun!!

My daughter has been a dancer at Infinity for 4 years now and she loves it. The owners and dance teachers always make sure that she is dancing to her best ability. And the after school care teacher makes sure that my daughter is up to date with her school work. Everyday I see improvements on my daughters dancing. I am very grateful to have found this little gem of a studio because they always go above and beyond to make us feel like family and can’t wait to continue watching my daughter train with them!

My 7 year old started only 8 months ago and we are loving it! She has no dance experience at all and began pre-ballet with them and has shown so much improvement in such little time. She loves going to ballet and she adores her teachers (especially Ms. Jessie)! Everyone there has been so kind to us. When her ballet shoes were too big, they ran and got her a pair that they had for her to wear and let us keep them. It’s a very friendly environment and you can tell that the teachers truly care. Not to mention how beautiful their recitals are! You can see the quality of learning you receive from IDS when you watch the recital. It was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend it to anyone looking to start their children in dance.

Infinity Dance Studio has given my son the chance to develop his skills and all this has been in a very professional way. The owners (Patricia and Iracema) are wonderful beings who care about each of the students in the school. The teachers are very professionals and they do an amazing job training my son to the highest level. As part of the team mothers I have no complaints and I feel that I am in the right place for my son to learn and develop healthily. I am very proud that my son is in this school... thank you IDS for this great opportunity.
