The center is not just a place for learning; it’s a space where artists can hone their craft through professional training programs, master classes, and residencies. The integration of live music is a hallmark of the Mark Morris Dance Group, with most classes accompanied by live pianists and musicians, which provides an invaluable experience for students of all ages. August 05 · Daniel DonnellyAdorable, fabulous, great, amazing, fantastic place for art !!! Nice and kind service here and gorgeous choreographers !🙌🏻 👌🏻 ✌🏻 💪🏻 👍🏻 🇺🇦 ✊🏻
February 10 · Serhiy TsyganokHave had a wonderful experience with my toddler here over the past two years. She is learning to dance while developing a musical foundation! Warm, dedicated teachers and staff and a welcoming environment.
January 09 · pao lexI was very disappointed with the customer service experience I encountered today. I called the establishment on 9/15/23 at 11:15 AM with a few questions and was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. In the middle of my inquiries, a lady at the front desk abruptly hung up on me. Surprised by this, I immediately called back, hoping it was a misunderstanding. To my dismay, someone picked up the phone but disconnected the call once again. This happened not just once, but 3 times in a row. While I understand that customer service can be challenging at times, patience and courtesy should be a priority. Many staff members excel in answering questions and providing assistance with a smile, but it only takes a few incidents like this to tarnish the overall reputation of an establishment.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to the management. Proper training and discipline are needed to ensure consistent and respectful customer service.
September 15 · Newland PropertyIf you're looking to try the in person drop in classes, don't even bother. I bought a 3 for $30 package to get back into dance classes again but due to COVID outbreaks was not able to attend within the 30 day window. I was surprised and disappointed that they refused to refund or reschedule my class package. Customer service was not empathic in any way towards my situation which indicates they're in the business of money-grabs. I would not recommend any friends or family to return to this studio- and they aren't anymore. Save your money.
