New Perspectives Pole Fitness Reviews
I absolutely love it here. I could not recommend New Perspectives more, and would encourage everyone to try a class (I’m currently taking pole). If you have any fears or doubts at all, I can say with absolute certainty that you’ll leave feeling amazing and want to come back. That is, until the next day when your muscles are a little sore… it’s such a great workout! I have zero upper body strength but don’t even realize I’m working out because it’s so much fun. My instructor, Heather, is very welcoming and teaches at the perfect pace. I was nervous to try my first class, but the environment is so kind and inspiring that the time just flies by. Loving this new hobby
February 10 · Alex LittleI scheduled a group class for a bachelorette party while we were visiting in New Hampshire for the weekend. We were very pleased with the outcome of the class. The studio was clean and the staff was friendly. Katie, our instructor was very professional and patient. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.
April 12 · Brooke AdamsTry something NEW!!! I’m so loving, learning how to pole dance.💗 I’ve never been a dancer except a lil crazy freestyle. Yet, having a full time career as a yoga & stretch pro has definitely helped me with this new adventure that I’m adding to my physical FUN time. Sooooo, try something NEW… and meet your body where it’s at without judgement. No pressure, and super fun, so give it a whirl. I’m appreciating Heather’s detailed instruction here… She’s a FAB teacher! More reviews to come with pics and video.Namaste🙏🏻🧘🏼♀️
December 09 · Kimmy C YoginiGreat pole place! Located in one of the historic mill buildings in downtown Manchester. I think this is NH's only pole studio... and I'm so grateful it's located right down the street from my Dad's place! Whenever I am in town I try to stop by. They have a 40mm pole- my fav! And they've installed a few Lupit poles too, which I've found to have really great grip. This is where I rep'd during my first PSO competition. Juel (the owner) is a great teacher and does a good job of playing to student's strengths when developing material (in my case strength good, flexibility bad 😅). There is also silks, lyra, and I believe trapeze classes (the last of which I've only tried once at an open house, but it was fun!)
March 22 · Justin SchubertFun and the instructor was very patient! a bit hard for me since I haven't exercised in a long time but the Intro class was a great work out! definitely going back!
