What is worth choosing
When considering a dance studio in the Florida region, families have many factors to weigh, including training quality, safety, professionalism, and cost. While Nicole's Dance Center Elite's official information presents a positive and structured program, it is essential for prospective clients to consider all available information, including firsthand experiences shared in reviews.
On one hand, the studio offers a comprehensive curriculum of dance genres for various ages and skill levels, with the stated goal of providing a safe and fun environment. The available amenities, such as multiple rooms with wood floors and viewing windows, are attractive features for parents. The opportunity for children to participate in a yearly recital or join a competition team provides clear pathways for growth and performance. The owner's extensive experience in the dance world also suggests a strong background in the art form.
On the other hand, the negative reviews raise serious concerns that a family would want to consider. Issues related to compensation for instructors, safety concerns during classes (lack of spotting in acro and unsupervised classes), and professionalism in communication and business practices are mentioned. The high cost relative to perceived training quality and issues with costumes and conditioning expectations are also points of concern raised by some customers. The fact that class times are 45 minutes, rather than the more common full hour, is another detail that may influence a family's decision.
Ultimately, choosing a dance studio is a personal decision based on a family's priorities. It is recommended that those interested in Nicole's Dance Center Elite do their own due diligence by speaking with current and former students, and if possible, observing a class to form their own opinion. The decision should be based on a thorough understanding of the offerings as well as a realistic assessment of the potential challenges highlighted by past experiences.

Nicole's Dance Center Elite Reviews
A studio we cannot recommend. Our family attended this studio for 6 years. The last 2 years raised serious concerns for us, and we feel it’s important to share our full experience so other families can make informed decisions. We paid over $400 for solo lessons, but the teacher who worked with our child was not compensated by the studio. When I asked about this, the response was not reassuring.Tuition and fees felt very high compared to other studios in the area that offered stronger training and variety. The studio is primarily run by two owners/teachers and one additional instructor. On one occasion, a company class was left without any adult teachers in the studio for approximately 45 minutes, with only teens present to oversee the class.During acro, spotting was not provided, and children were asked to attempt advanced skills. At times, one teacher appeared to be using their phone during class rather than giving instruction. We witnessed sanding and painting of wooden boxes inside the studio, including sanding during class, in a room without windows. At Nationals, our child’s teachers arrived less than a minute before the solo performance began, which was stressful and unprofessional. For a cold outdoor performance, when parents asked about children wearing long sleeves over leotards (temperatures 40–50°), the request was declined.Company dancers were not permitted to take classes elsewhere, limiting exposure to different training.Costume issues included wrong sizes and items with tags cut out, looking used.Conditioning expectations felt extreme (e.g., 100 V sit-ups without stopping or 50 push-ups), without additional structured strength training. When families chose to leave, communication was often negative and unprofessional. Multiple groups of families have exited in recent years, including ours.Classes are 45 minutes, while most other studios we explored offered full hour-long sessions.Overall, while the first few years were fine for a younger child learning basic moves, the final two left us with concerns around safety, communication, and professionalism. Since moving to a new studio, our child has had a much more positive experience.
August 25 · Flow Through Life with AntoinetteWorst experience of my life!!! I enrolled my daughters for a semester and it was the worst mistake of my life. This lady was super rude and unprofessional to say the least. Biggest waste of money and it’s not about the money because it’s for my girls and I would do anything for them but it was of no good use investing here with Nicole. For their recital at the end of the semester they gave my daughter a bodysuit/outfit that was one size too small. I tried explaining that she needed a bigger size and she said too bad because it was purchased at the beginning of the semester and she could not do anything about it so she had to simply wear it or she wouldn’t be able to perform in the recital. She then proceeded to basically stuff my daughter into the suit and shake her into it. I was absolutely disgusted. There is no talking with this woman. I honestly am giving her a star because unfortunately they don’t give me the option to put no stars. I had my friend also sign up her daughter with my girls and she had the same experience. So unpleasant. Nicole needs to learn professionalism and how to deal with children if she’s going to continue running this business. If you are looking to place your girls in an actual dance school let me know, I was able to find a wonderful place where my daughters were able to fall back in love with dance after this horrible experience.
August 31 · Jessica Gonzalezdance quality sucks. can’t teach or even be bothered to come into classes for first 30 minutes, wayyy over priced for a studio stuck in 2018 and that one office lady stephanie is just rude.
August 10 · joe moralesMy son is on the autism spectrum and we are always so nervous to enroll him in "typical" program, worrying he will hold the class back or be judged by the other kids. Nicole's Dance Center completely blew us away. It has brought me to tears on more than one occasion how incredibly accepting, loving and encouraging they have been, as a staff and as family of dancers. It is my son's FAVORITE day of the week and he has the BIGGEST smile each time I drop him off. We have seen him grow, not only as a dancer/performer, but as a confident kid. Ms. Nicole herself stopped backstage, mid-recital in her gown, to calm my son who was having a meltdown prior to performing. His first day of class this year, an older classmate from his previous dance class asked to attend a class she didn't even enroll in, just to make sure my son felt comfortable for the first session since she was taking a different class this year. Seriously, incredible, amazing program with incredible, amazing humans.
November 02 · Kendra SnodgrassOur daughter had joined mid-session and we were not sure if she would be able to perform in the recital. When asking about the cost of the costume we were assured that "it would be fine" if she was not ready as they swiped our card and handed us an old used costume with another child's name on it.Once we realized that she was not going to be in the recital after missing a session the next week, we asked if we could get a refund for the costume (as we had already paid them full price for a partial session and had given them almost $500 at this point). We received a short, sarcastic email response from Nichole as she pasted her registration agreement and told us that "at this point we now have a fun outfit for dress up".Overall a terrible experience from business and customer service standpoint and would not recommend.
