My good friend introduced me to this awesome place! I was looking for something to boost my confidence, make me stronger and give me a consistent full body workout that I wouldn’t get burnt out doing. PWU has given me all that and more. I have been attending a couple of classes for a little over a month now. Robin(my instructor) is incredibly supportive and so nice. I’ve never felt judged or less than , only lifted up by fellow classmates and instructors. I highly recommend and I’m excited to see where I’m at in a year!

I’ve been taking classes here since 2023, taking a break in between, and I love it! I’ve been enjoying the teachers, esp. Ava, Jennifer, and Red! The community is great with the other students as well. They’re super supportive, and encouraging. Class wise:- if you get an opportunity to take SLAP with Ava, absolutely do it! Don’t walk, run!! She is soo sweet and each class is like an adventure where we get to try new things and build off of previous things we’ve learned in class as well! It’s never boring, and her music is on point! Also, the chair work, floor work, and gloves are chef’s kiss! It was a challenge for me to really lean into my feminine energy, and she made it possible for me to do that! I adore her soo much, and I appreciate how comfortable she’s made me feel.- if you see any spin classes with Jennifer that are open, run to register as well! She is extremely supportive, and I’ve been raving about her class and teaching style since I got in with her. She also focuses on some great stretches and body warm ups at the beginning of class to ensure that you’re good and ready.- if you don’t know of Red yet, you will! Run to her classes as well! I’ve been in her Bae’B Stripper series, and whew this class almost gave me a run for my money, but I look forward to every Monday with her and the girls! She’s an amazing teacher, and I appreciate the energy she brings! She’s gone put you to work, but you’re gonna feel amazing after/during, and for sure sleep well lmao! And don’t forget about her splits classes! I still have to attend more of those, but for the class that I did attend, those stretches were great!

I found this place after desperately looking for a pole dancing class to take within the next 24 hours for my bestfriend’s bachelorette weekend. I emailed the company at almost 12am the night before I needed to book, not expecting any response until the next morning or afternoon and to my surprise, I was emailed back within hours! I wanted to book the Mini Pole Party package so my girls and I could have a great time. I was emailed back by a Robin Olson, who was sooo kind and accommodating. I believe online, there weren’t any classes available on the schedule which is why I reached out via email for the party package. She assured me that they’d have a spot available for us and I booked right away. Not only was she extremely helpful and efficient, but we were running late to our class/party (which I informed them before arriving) but she still allowed us the opportunity to keep our booking and was very understanding. I’m not sure of our instructor’s name or if she’s the same person who I emailed, however; she was very nice and welcoming, upbeat, confident and encouraging to us newbies. She provided us a safe space to let loose and a judgement FREE zone! She definitely pushed us to get the routine down and made sure we got our money’s worth lol. The entire party/class was so much fun and so informative. We laughed, danced, got a good workout and learned some sexy moves to take home. We even got to have our own strip club solo moment at the end. This part of our day was unexpected (because we booked last minute) but was genuinely one of the biggest highlights of our bachelorette trip! I’m super grateful to our instructor and Robin for creating a safe space for us and allowing us to check off a bucket list item together. We had an AMAZING time and our instructor captured the best footage also! I’m still reliving the moment in my head so thank you and we will definitely book again ❤️

Started classes here about two months ago, having never done anything like this before. It has been so addicting! Since breaking the ice with the first class I haven't felt nervous or shy at all. If you're looking to get in touch with your feminine side and learn some moves you may never thought you could do, try it! And the teachers (shout outs to Alisa, Robin, Miriam and Jamie!) are so supportive and awesome. 11/10 recommend!!

It was our first time ever doing something like this. I’m so glad we found this local place. They were amazing teachers and we’re very patient with all of us being our first time and didn’t know what we were doing. It was the best bachelor party ever. Such a great experience and environment. We will definitely be back. It was such a great fun all girls party. It definitely is harder than you think but we had a Lot of good laughs and a lot of great pictures to remember our special night
