★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our daughter has danced at RAD for the last 7 years. She has come so far with all aspects of dance because of this studio and loves being a member of their elite team. RAD has become part of our family and their excellence in teaching shines through the girls performances on stage and in competitions. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
June 06 · Melissa BerlinMy child has been going for 5 years. She absolutely loves it!! Always a positive vibe when you walk through the front door, my child is excited to attend class and show me what she's learned. The owner and staff are always there to help with any questions I have. So glad we found this school for my little one!
June 06 · John GarbyHer website is vague to say the least, her customer service skills are nonexistent and stating that she is the “owner“ is apparently enough reason to not refund or rectify fraudulent charges and/or poor treatment. After multiple attempts, text messages and my daughter leaving in tears (more than once) I would absolutely not recommend this woman or her business/studio to anyone. Unless you are willing to be belittled and berated assuming the same delusion of being better than thou she sees herself as, she will just continue to argue and eventually hang up on you. Not everything needs an excuse especially excuses based on lies. Being a “business owner” does not mean you can say and do what you want and that’s just that. It’s not just disturbing but concerning that stating she is “the owner of RAD” and that it is “her business” Ultimately makes her Point of view AND statements factual. Basically in her mind she can make excuses and lie because it will be viewed as fact no matter the validity of the customers complaint. One is to follow a certain standard of ethics when owning a business even beyond consumer law despite what she may think. Unfortunately for her How she perceives herself and stature does not place her above ethics and the law. Being argumentative and hanging up on a customer speaks volumes as to her business practices. Clearly she is used to walking all over people and doesn’t realize that there is an actual legal remedy for her childish and extremely unprofessional fraudulent practices and for me to reach out before seeking remedy was unjust courtesy on my behalf. Attempting to Address numerous charges she immediately became combative talking over me and once I shed light on her argumentative nature she then said I was argumentative and hung up. This is not an I’m rubber your glue situation but yet a very real problem. It is not stated ANYWHERE on her website that the “elite membership” class is hand-picked ONLY by the self Proclaimed “queen“. To even be considered approximately a year of RAD membership is “required“. She also stated that dance is “extremely expensive And time consuming” parents not realizing that ultimately costs her half of the class by the end of the year”. Whole heartedly I feel it it is not the cost and time endured but the refusal to deal with her and her alone. The reality of it is a Small town reputation and prior success is only going to get you so far, especially when it comes to her ego and righteousness vs my five year old being rejected leaving in tears. A persons business and motivation should be based on more than just money, even more so when children are involved. A similar situation took place with high performance dance but The outcome being totally different as they were more than happy to have my daughter participate without payment or even proper registration for the “fun of it“. It was a simple mistake on my part and yet they we’re more than happy to help. High performance is very much geared towards the happiness and well-being of the children. With that being said I be seeking legal remedy with RAD And returning to high-performance as the extra travel is more than worth it. Jessica‘s reign of greed and self-righteousness is disturbing, Not everything is about money and Im very sorry that no one has taken the time to follow through putting an end to her power trip. Undoubtably I’m not the first person she has degraded and assumed her word would be the final word. The point of the business is to make money clearly but to hurt or inconvenience people in the process is just unacceptable and unnecessary. Even with a change of heart and compensation on her part, my review stands.
