November 22 · Tess ParchinskiCan't speak to how well the ballet is here, but I would travel from three states away to have Devin O'Keefe do a tattoo for me. Even if you can't get in, stop in and see his studio. Very high-end, an incredible artist, not to mention one of the nicest human beings on earth. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if he was good at ballet too.
