February 06 · Kristina ItseAbsolutely the best choice I have made for myself in my 30’s. I never thought I would find myself back in a dance studio but with the wildly creative and supportive space, I can’t recommend Seacoast enough. When you are ready to take a major leap in your life, give it a try. It might take a few classes to acclimate but don’t give up. If you are newer to dance or returning after some time away, I promise this space can be for you too. If you are just willing to show up, put in a little work and give your self grace along the way. Emily is a mastermind and a legend. All the teachers under her are carefully selected. I trust her to hire the right people to run the classes in her studio so I always feel good about trying something new!
April 13 · Alison MillerEmily is particularly amazing! However all the instructors show they care and can motivate at the same time. It's such a welcoming atmosphere no matter who you are. Love the variety and the vibe and will definitely keep coming back for more! Cheers.
May 26 · Stephanie deL (Desdemona)I have been going to Seacoast Stilletos since 2020.I recently just came back after almost over a year. I had to get spinal surgery and could not dance for that time. As my body heals I'm able to do chair dancing in which works with all choreography given. Those with disabilities like myself who love to dance should definitely try Seacoast Stilletos. You are in a welcoming environment filled with positivity. Seacoast Stilletos is like my little home and escape from lifes stressors. I encourage anyone who's struggling to try dancing even if you think you can not dance.Dancing and fluidity is part of somatics healing, it releases any negative energy trapped in your body. Seacoast Stilletos is definitely a must try.
April 06 · Roxann Garcia McFarlaneI’ve never taken dance classes in my life. A friend introduced me to Seacoast about a year ago and I haven’t stopped going since. If you want to feel sexy, empowered, and work out in a super fun and not traditional way (while being cheered on the whole time) come take a class. It is amazing what Emily has accomplished with this community. Extra shout out to Ali and Richard XO who are my favorite teachers to attend regular classes with - don’t worry though, EVERY instructor is passionate and amazing. You will have a great time no matter what!
