As someone who does not typically do Pilates, Ana was very patient with teaching me the basics and she also created an environment that made me feel comfortable with something that I am not use to.As someone who's training routine typically involves just weight training. I think that Pilates provides a different training stimulus that you cannot get with traditional strength training. So if you are looking to improve your deadlift, squat, or bench press.
