The Spiral Goddess Collective is a wonderful place to take classes! I have been going for nearly two years now, though sometimes infrequently, and I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated when the class is over. I’ve gone to most of the classes offered at least once, and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the instructors. They seem careful to choose people that prioritize inclusivity and accessibility. They have more and less structured classes, with a variety of movement styles and activity levels. I love how the instructors take requests from us for things we want to stretch in particular, and I never feel judged! There are also no mirrors in the space like many other studios, so I am much more able to focus on how I feel and not how I look. Couldn’t recommend more!! - Kate Kemper
