If you're looking to learn how to freely move your body and, be educated on different terminology tied to African culture of dance this class is for you. No matter your ethnicity, age or dancing level you will have fun and sweat. The teacher takes her time teaching you the skills and then let's you flow fluidly with the rhythm of the drums. They have a few teachers but I've only been taught by Aliyah. They meet every 2nd and 4th Saturdays 10-1130a and the cost is reasonable.I love these classes. Highly recommended.
