I would have much preferred to call and settle this privately, I am posting here so you won't be able to say that I said things that I didn't say.My daughter, Christina did absolutely NOT write that review, even though she has been publicly and privately accused of doing so. Not True!Also, not ONE of her family members have harassed you for several days publicly or privately , again.. Not True!She has been called... privately ,a liar and that God doesn't like liars.andShe was told she should should probably go pray for her evil ways..,she was called, crazy. Jealous.Threatened that owner and her husband would speak to their attorneys if she doesn't retract her lies.Christina can not remove a review that she did post.. she did NOT write that review.You should all be ashamed of yourselves for attacking her so viciously.If you would like, I can share the screenshots of the the private messages that were sent to my daughter , stating exactly what I said to be the truth.I would appreciate if you could please share the screenshots of Christina's family that you accused of harassing you.. But you won't because you are the actual liars . And have not ONE screenshot to share.As I stated earlier, I hate to have to say all of this here, unfortunately I am afraid that you would accuse me of saying things that I didn't say.I honestly wish you much success however I will not quietly watch you embarrass and accuse my daughter any longer.She deserves an apology.But that would obviously be asking you to admit that you are actually the ones that are making up stories.

Both my daughters dance at Vibe and love it! They look forward to their dance classes each week. Their dance/tumbling skills and confidence have grown so much much in a short period of time under the instruction of their encouraging and very knowledgeable instructors. If your looking for a dance studio that makes everyone feel welcome from the minute they walk through the door then Vibe is where you want to be!

This business is new and just figuring things out and can no doubt thrive long term with a few adjustments.They need to better establish what each persons job is within the company so that everything runs more smoothly. Choose the person who would be best at handling customer concerns and conflicts. The individual needs to be able to uphold a positive face for the company. Not publicly bash a paying customer because of a misunderstanding of whether or not cupcakes were included. Regardless of the situation all members of the company and their family should refrain from reacting with emojis in support of the bashing of a customer. This just further damages the reputation of the business.Complete transparency between the company and customers is necessary.If a customer is paying for services you shouldn't be doing anything other than that on their dollar.I understand that seeing your adorable niece and student signing felt like the perfect opportunity for you to record for future advertisements ,but you failed to recognize that they were GUESTS for a special girl who chose to celebrate her birthday at your establishment.Your role in that moment was to give your attention to the child having the party. As a parent of a child attending that party it was a bit confusing to see so much time spent on recording the same two children for so long. Parents and guests had to awkwardly walk through the studio. Walking stiffly and ducking beneath several adults recording; just to gain access to the party room and gym.In correction of your comment: It is a very common practice to accommodate a paying customer and post pictures of their birthday child and guest with written content from each parent. It should be something included in your waiver if not already. A happy paying customer will be your best advertisement. Whether it be by word of mouth, photos or videos on your page. A happy customer is a returning customer.You are running a business. Your FB page is your business page not a personal page. So promote your business not your family. You proudly boosted a boys birthday with beautiful pictures of how amazing your parties can be. As a potential customer we see that and expect that. The post doesn't state he is your nephew or son, but you made it clear in a recent comment that you only do shout outs for family members. That post is a bit misleading. Again if the customer isn't aware that he is a family member they will expect the same treatment for their child as well.Seeing the mishandling of this situation on Facebook and the continued wording of the director saying : my niece, my studio, my business, my student, my page, my prerogative and ending in with #goodvibesonly really painted a negative picture for the business.Deleting comments from others on your business page doesn't make them any less true. Customers want to see that you can resolve conflicts in a healthy and peaceful manner.For crying out loud the mother just asked if you could post a picture of her birthday girl.I thought your studio was supposed to encourage kindness? Your post made your selfishness shine bright like a diamond.How about you add "my arrogance" is going to cost me some future customers to you list of self-centeredness.
