I've never taken a dance class & have always struggled with coordination. I met Aegela at an event & her energy was amazing so I decided to join her beginners class. Immediately, I felt comfortable in the judgement-free zone. Everyone in the class is nice. It doesn't matter your age, gender, body type, fitness level, etc. This class is for everyone. It is low impact but so much fun & Aegela brings such wonderful, uplifting "can-do" energy into each class. She has a lot of patience & gives great analogies to help you understand the moves + brings humor -i am always laughing! I just finished a 6 week session and can't wait to do more! If you're on the fence, don't think any longer- sign up for her next session! :)
