He really understood how to pose my son and I in the most flattering ways.We will be back for more family portraits as my son continues to grow.Thank you Erro! It was our pleasure.
November 21 · Somya von EamesMy husband Bill and I are in our mid 60s but still very young at heart. We wanted to have a portrait made that portrayed our lifestyle and love for each other. We had seen Erro's work in California and were aware of his international reputation in the fine art world and knew we would like him to create a portrait for us. We called and spoke to him in his Pennsylvania home and had a design consultation on the telephone. Bill and I told him our concerns and he helped us to define exactly what we wanted. Soon we had a date for him to come to our home to create what he called lifestyle portraits. In December he came to our home in Hawaii and we went to the beach in very casual attire that we typically wear. The session was a lot of fun with waves crashing in the background and a double rainbow in the distance. When we reviewed them we were amazed at how natural and great he made us look, and how it really did capture exactly what we had wanted. Bill and I could not be happier with the finished portrait. We would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a beautiful portrait that will stand on its own as a piece of fine art. Thank you Erro for a treasured heirloom. Bill and Linda Laich, Hawi, Hawaii
May 26 · Linda LaichI went to Dance of Light Photography for my senior photographs. I was a model for the Altoona Class of 2013. At first I didn't even want to get my pictures taken, it was all my mom's idea. This all changed after we went and met Erro and Carine. They were so full of life, had great ideas, accepted my ideas, put in so much time and effort and made the whole experience enjoyable. From my first session inside to laying in the leaves during my favorite season(Fall) and eventually playing in the snow in the Winter; I was able to include all the seasons along as grow throughout my book during senior year. And something that I was so worried about was I hated how all the other photographers work was all OVER-retouched/edited to the extent where it changed the whole person. I wanted to look like my natural self and Erro made sure to include not only my natural beauty, but my personality as well; which is something that is incredible. My senior year would have been so different without these portraits and now I have a beautiful book to show off and to look back on. I'm so glad that I went to Dance of Light and appreciate all of their dedication and work. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend DANCE OF LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY for fun, memorable, enjoyable, natural, enjoyable, professional photographers. Erro at Dance of Light does FANTASTIC work and will definitely be my wedding photographers in my future!
May 22 · Taryn WalkerI went to Dance of Light for my senior pictures. Erro has a very keen eye for great shots and does a terrific job with the photo editing process - he keeps the natural beauty of subjects without making them look fake. The scenery at the site is also great. Thank you for doing such a great job!
December 20 · Regino FloresI hired this company in 2010 for my wedding up in PA. I lived out of state and wanted to hire a good photographer since I plan only getting married once. I was going to originally hire Henry's photography in Cresson, PA. I should of went with my original plan but I did not. The day before our wedding while I was waiting in the hotel room I called them up to make sure everything was going to go to plan as planned and they then asked me when I would be back up to PA to look over my pictures. I was shocked and said you don't put them online for customers to look at. He said no because he doesn't like to send out untouched pictures. I said that since I live in FL you cant just email me the pictures with a water mark on them? He said No. So I said we are not just going to fly up to PA to look at wedding pictures. Soon it was Christmas time and we went up to visit with family and I called to schedule an appointment with him to look over our pictures and pick out the pictures we wanted to purchase. After being there for over an hour of looking at pictures he tried selling us two different upgrade options. We turned him down and he told us it would be over six months to get our wedding album. So It would be a year since our wedding to receive our wedding album. so after four months he decided to call me up and say that he felt that our album did not have enough pictures in our album. He said that he would be willing to upgrade our album for just $90 and instead of the usual $190, he would throw in some extra pictures. So I told him I would have to call him back after my husband and I consider it. The next day I called him up and said we would do it. Then two days latter he called my husband up and said we needed to upgrade again. He said no, and we just want our album done and to be done. I was not happy with our experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.
