★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Located right in perimeter mall area they have masterly fit this full service Crunch location into a very small shopping. Space. It’s the smallest one that I’ve been to out of roughly 4 or five locations and like all the others it is very clean and well managed. Has a great vibe with a younger crowd. Crunch Fitness absolutely dominates LA Fitness.🔝💯🇺🇸👏🏽🐺If you’re looking for a Jim to join, you have found the right one. Crunch Fitness has a wrap on the gym industry in terms of commercial fitness experience. By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. 🏆🫵🏾🧙🏻♂️

Whether you’re brand new to working out or more experienced, he makes you feel welcome and supported. He takes the time to explain proper form, gives helpful tips, and genuinely cares about your progress. What really stands out about Anthony is his positive attitude—he’s always encouraging, patient, and makes workouts feel less intimidating. You can tell he’s passionate about fitness and helping people reach their goals. Every time I’ve interacted with him, I’ve walked away motivated and more confident in my training. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and truly invested in helping others succeed, Anthony is the person to go to. He’s a huge asset to the gym and to anyone lucky enough to work with him!
September 21 · Josh SpratlinI had a very negative experience with Crunch Fitness in Atlanta.Last week, I registered for a membership at the Tucker location. During registration, the staff walked me through a board with three membership tiers and their annual costs. I chose the top tier, which showed about $120, and was told I could cancel anytime. I was also told that I would only pay $0.05 for the first five days. Excited to get started, specially since I am diabetic and needed to work on reducing belly at, I signed up. My fiancée, who is an active Crunch member, had recommended the gym to me.Along with the membership, I also paid $10 for a “Kickoff” session with a personal trainer, which I never used or attended the session. However, three days later, I landed a new job that takes up most of my time. Naturally, I decided to cancel, assuming it would be simple since I had been assured I could cancel anytime. When I called, the representative told me cancellations had to be made in person. Unable to send someone else, I went myself to the Olde Perimeter Way location in Atlanta. There, I spoke with a man named Chris, who said he was the manager. I even brought back the Crunch t-shirt I had been given at registration (never worn). I explained that I wanted to cancel due to my new job. Chris then informed me that I was locked into a three-month contract and could not cancel—something I was never told during registration. When I pointed this out, he admitted I had not been informed correctly but said it was still “company policy.”Wanting to part ways respectfully (as I had hoped to return once settled in my new job), I asked how much it would cost to cancel early. He first mentioned $32 per month, then returned from his computer claiming I owed $156. For a membership I never once used—not even for a single workout—that felt less like customer service and more like coercion.I was willing to pay around $100 just to have a clean break, even though I had been misled. But the way this was handled—lack of transparency, misleading information during signup, and the threat of collections—was deeply unfair. To me, it is not about the money. It is about principle. As customers, we rely on staff to be honest and transparent. Instead, I was misinformed, pressured, and left with the sense that Crunch Fitness uses predatory and petty tactics to trap members.I returned the shirt, told the manager he could send it to collections if that’s how they choose to operate, and walked away. I look forward to my day in court if that’s what it comes to.
October 01 · Biniyam KebedeAnthony has been nothing but friendly and respectful every time I’ve come to the gym. I have never seen him before until recently, but he makes a big difference in helping me feel comfortable, especially on days when I might feel a little self-conscious. He has taken the time to check if I need help with a machine or exercise, and that extra attention goes a long way. His welcoming attitude truly sets this gym apart and makes it feel like a supportive, no-judgment place to work out. I am hoping they keep him around more often.
September 21 · Mariel SalazarCrunch Fitness has been a game-changer for me. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly and motivating. I love the group classes—they keep me challenged and accountable. It’s affordable without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive fitness environment!
