I’ve known people who do other work outs that are grueling and they quit within a few weeks. Curves has special work out classes that are really fun. The patrons are really nice and great to work out with. The owners and coaches are very knowledgeable and help with work outs to make sure I’m doing things correctly to keep me safe and get the full work out. The owners and coaches are so awesome! They always greet each member when we come in with a smile and a “Hi”, and say goodbye when we leave. They make me feel so comfortable when I’m there. The new owners, Robin and Kerry are such an amazing team! They are such awesome gals and I’m so glad they are here!!!

March 20 · Joan JefferyThis is the first fitness studio I've found that is affordable, that allows me to go at my own time rather than with by appointment, and where I am unlikely to acquire an injury. All of the coaches are wonderful and encouraging, and I really like that it's a "ladies' place", rather than having all those "Mr. Atlas" guys in there, too. Best of all, I feel comfortable at our Curves. There's a wonderful sense of community among us Curvettes, and always something fun going on.

The current owners, Robin and Kerry, provide a safe, fun and motivational environment for exercising at whatever intensity level works for you. I have made some great friends on the circuit. Besides the machines for strength training, there are all kinds of classes from yoga to kick boxing for burning calories. I would highly recommend that you join the Curves family for health and for fun. See you on the circuit!!
