★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very impressive selection of dancing shoes!I was looking for shoes to up my wear coast swing game — and I found them. I have tried maybe 6-7 pairs on the store to ensure all my nuanced fit requirements are met. Super happy!
June 02 · Olga LiakhovichI’ve been to this store every year for the last several years. This past visit on Saturday the 26th I bought new jazz shoes, ballet shoes, cover booties & 2 pairs of tights for recital. I spent $184.00 for everything. I was very specific as to size and style of shoes. I told her how important it was to have new dance shoes for today Sunday the 27th for her dance pictures. The clerk referenced our previous purchases for correctness of size for everything. She seemed knowledgeable and certain. This morning I found that I was given the wrong size and style of both the ballet shoes, tights and told the wrong size for the cover booties. The tights are the wrong style they’re supposed to be shiny tan. So the ballet shoes are completely useless, the tights are the wrong style which also can’t be used and neither can the cover booties. So now she either has to take pictures barefoot or in her worn out from competition season ballet shoes a pair of the correct tights with a run in them from competition season as well. The cherry on top is the hours. I can’t even rush there today to exchange everything. I have to make a special trip on Wednesday or Thursday to rectify everything. Meanwhile her pictures are ruined and my daughter cried. Thanks.
April 27 · Silvia CammareriSmall shop but a good selection of specialized dance shoes. Good service for fitting.
September 07 · Fraser StreetI had called ahead of time to make sure this shop had the size & color of the tights that I needed. I parked the car right in front of this shop for free. The worker had the tights ready for me to buy, I paid, and was out the door in less than 5 minutes.Great service, and plenty of every item a dancer would need in all sizes.
July 07 · Julie SmithThought to support a local shop instead of cheaper online sources. Big mistake. We went in thinking to get a size 7 for my daughter but were told that the 6.5 fits better. Okay, trust the local sales person and took the 6.5 home. My daughter put the shoes on at home and was in them for less than 5 minutes before complaining that they are too small. No big deal, just take them back to exchange? Not so here. The sales person gave me a hard time due to a some tiny scuff marks on the metal underneath and said that they consider them to be "worn" and therefore can't do anything. Seriously? I could have probably gone and slightly polished the metal again with a simple cloth to have them all shiny and not "worn". After arguments they exchanged them, but I have to say that with this kind of customer service there is really no reason to support a local shop if you can order online with free 2-way shipping and still save $ on top of that.
