I attended my first Dance2Fit class with Samantha and friends last night and it was so much fun! First of all - very clear instructions on how to find the classroom. Greatly appreciated.Second- the group of participants were SO welcoming. They welcomed me in, gave me tips for the movements (including do things at your own pace & have fun!) as well as practical things like did you see where the restroom is.There is an incredible group of people that Samantha (teaching +8 years!) has gathered with her positivity, enthusiasm and truly a BIG heart. My first class was free and after that it's currently only $5. I love this option for a punch card as I don't want to join a gym. Samantha truly wants to share the opportunity to connect to your body in a safe, loving and fun space.
