Disastrous experience. I booked a ballet class here on Classpass and was excited about it. I got off work early, took 1 hour bus ride in traffic hour to get here. They first told me I went to the wrong place, when they finally figured out I booked a class right here, they told me there’s no class. All the other classes listed on Classpass doesn’t even exist. I’m like what the hell??? They didn’t even apologize and told me they will get me refunded. But all the time wasted and I cancelled other plans to get here. Now I have to take another 1 hour bus back home. Total 2.5 hour wasted. I hate this place. It’s awfully disorganized. I never want anything to do with this shitty place. - Jane
