Future Stars of Houston Introduce
Future Stars of Houston, situated in the city's lively community, is a creative hub that offers a unique blend of arts and enrichment programs for children and adults. More than a simple learning center, it is a place where creativity is encouraged to "explode" and where talent is nurtured with a passion. The mission here is to inspire the next generation of Houston's artists, musicians, and performers by providing a wide array of engaging classes taught by local, talented professionals. From dance and music to acting and circus arts, Future Stars of Houston offers a diverse and exciting curriculum designed to spark imagination and build confidence.
The sentiment from a local parent, who called the space a "hidden gem," perfectly captures the essence of this studio. The sheer size of the facility—9,000 square feet of wide-open space—is a standout feature, providing a canvas for children to "run and play" and explore their potential. The vibrant, colorful decor inspires creativity, making it a truly magical place for young minds. The positive experience of a family at a day camp, where kids enjoyed circus aerial activities, painting, and even acting in a movie they helped create, highlights the unique and immersive nature of the programs. The fact that their kids were "begging to go back" is the highest praise a program can receive, showing how much joy and excitement the studio brings to its students.
However, a full and factual overview must also acknowledge the challenges some families have faced with the management and communication, particularly concerning billing. As noted in a review, issues with autopay and reaching staff have been reported. While the core programming and the quality of the activities receive high praise, potential clients should be aware of this reported issue and may wish to confirm payment and communication procedures directly with the staff. It is important to look at the full picture and be prepared to address any potential administrative concerns.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Communication or assistance from management has been disappointing, to say the least. I cancelled Autopay from my child’s account and am still being charged. I’ve sent emails, tried to call and leave voicemails (voicemail is not set up) and have even gone in person. Still no solution. It appears this has been issue not just with myself after looking at other reviews as well.
September 10 · Savannah DavisThis place is truly a hidden gem. I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place because it will become waiting list only soon once the word gets out. My 6yr old kids had a great time at their day camp doing circus aerial activities, painting and even acting in a movie where the kids came up with their own dance routines and story outline. The space is huge with lots of place to run and play and decorated with bright colors to inspire. My kids are begging to go back. Five stars for Future stars!

January 18 · Shannon QuadrosMy family is hooked on this place!! My daughter first started coming to Cai Circus aerial arts lessons, starting with the silks, almost two years ago. She had previously tried dance and gymnastics, but never really got into either - and we were also hesitant to put her into a super competitive gymnastics program. The aerial arts are really the first athletic activity besides swimming that our daughter has thoroughly enjoyed! In fact, within just a few months of aerial lessons, she was able to perform an aerial routine at her birthday party, which was hosted at Future Stars of Houston - complete with a circus theme! She now takes both trapeze and silks and is advancing really well. It's amazing to see what she can do! Cai (Cai Circus) and her coaching team are all incredibly experienced, professional, and very friendly. We've also put our daughter in some spring break camps, including a neat circus choreography camp that my daughter just couldn't get enough of!She also has started taking piano lessons at Future Stars with Lori, who is super talented and sweet; she also accommodates my daughter's high energy really well. I've also just started taking violin lessons with Misty! This venue also hosts a variety of performances that we've enjoyed, including aerial arts performances. Also, the owners are incredibly sweet and very welcoming; everyone treats us as family. It feels like we are part of this incredibly creative community with unlimited opportunities to try out different arts and activities. Future Stars of Houston are really a gem and we are so lucky to have them!

January 20 · Michelle ColvardThe instructors are great however the management is highly unprofessional. I submitted a written request to unenroll in July and was still charged for enrollment for 3 additional months. I have tried multiple attempts to communicate. They sent one email stating they would refund the money but i have yet to receive a refund. Also, i have no way of removing my credit card info from their customer portal as my access has been blocked.

October 28 · Aislynn WalkerSuper disappointed with our camp experience this past summer. Way too many kids, mean counselors, lack of supervision & structure. My child loved it the previous summer saying everyone was so kind but summer 2023, my child cried about how harsh the main counselor/director was toward the kids. Also very expensive considering the experience. Will not be returning or recommending. I did reach out directly to the business & never received a reply to my email.
