★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was always drawn to aerial silks but wasn’t sure if it was something I could do personally. Katherine, Jenn and Sabrina are such amazing instructors that they have given me the confidence not only to try new things but also to build my strength. I have become completely hooked now and love the friends I have made. My favorite classes are Intermediate Silks Combos, Flexibility and Intermediate Aerial Silks but I also like the fact that I can go to the Beginner Silks Combos to strengthen my skills. I also like the different pricing packages and the fact that I don’t have to commit to a long period. I would encourage anyone who is interested to try it!
May 20 · Anne HEveryone is so welcoming! The instructors are knowledgeable and safety focused, and there's a great community of regular and drop-in students. I love how much variety there is in class options - silks, lyra, acro, and flow arts happen regularly, but I've already taken workshops on handstands, belly dance, and splits training. Their flexibility training and conditioning classes give options for beginners and advanced students, but it always feels like people are cheering each other on, regardless of what skill level they're working on.

June 15 · Maria MHad a blast at their acro jams! The people are very welcoming and helpful- sharing skills, spotting and helping with form. The aerial silks instructors do an excellent job breaking down complex skills and are very supportive. The Lyra instructors create fun choreography to work on in class. They really focus on safety and injury prevention. Highly recommend!Update:Really great workshop selection including Lyra, handstands, partner acro, flexibility, and belly dance workshops.I have taken a private lesson in dance trapeze. The instruction was excellent.I have also been to a few flow Jams. Their instructor is really talented and helpful. She does a great job of working with you to learn poi, flags, fan, and hoop. I have shown her a video of something I would like to learn and she breaks it down into clear instruction. If you want all things circus this is your place!
