★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Can’t say enough good things about this gym. I have made so many gains in the year I have been going - I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, even before I had kids! Knowledgeable trainer, supportive community, and kick ass workouts.
July 31 · Amanda O’NealI’ve been coming to Hale Strength and Shape for almost 2 years now, only working out at large gyms prior to that. There is no comparison. The level of Kurt’s knowledge and experience plus the encouragement of the women who train there is awesome. All the classes and instructors are great. It is important to me to stay strong and fit, and this is the place to do that!
September 02 · Kathy VariloneI am a Registered Nurse and I have spent 35+ years working as a Fitness Professional. I have owned a fitness studio for 16+ years and NEVER considered attending any outside gym facility until I heard about Kurt Hessenbruch and HALE Strength & Shape. After my first session at HALE, I knew that Kurt was the strength training coach I needed and could absolutely TRUST! The women who train at HALE are truly second to none! The instructors who teach classes at HALE are extraordinary at what they do!
September 01 · Melissa VandenbergI was looking to start strength training and found the perfect gym in Hale Strength and Shape. The owners / instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. They’ve created a community of strong and encouraging women (who look amazing too)! After the first class, I was sold…6 years and going strong!! Scratch that….6 years and growing stronger!! :)
July 19 · Kim BlommerHALE is amazing! The Women's Group Strength class is the best fitness-related thing that has ever happened to me. The workouts are challenging (but doable!), different every time, and definitely help to improve my strength. I am someone who gets pretty intimidated by going to the gym, but it's nearly impossible to be intimidated at this place because everyone is so friendly and the small class sizes make it more comfortable. I highly recommend HALE!
