Hart’s School of Performing Arts is one to rave about. We heard of the arts school before the ribbon cutting ceremony took place. Thé entrepreneur, Shiloh Hart, a glowing artist, craving to pour her many hidden talents from acting, singing and instrumental tutoring with kids in the Warren area. Miss Hart’s desire to offer artistic opportunities for PreK-12th grade is unlimited and available to schedule on her website.
