This studio has improved my strength, coordination, but most importantly, my CONFIDENCE!!! This is for all ages, shapes, and sizes!!! These instructors will help you every step of the way. Classes are so much fun. It is seriously like a sisterhood, once you step foot in the studio, you will not want to leave I promise you!!! Don't just take my word for it, You MUST experience it for yourself, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!
