★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Jessica has been an incredible support system for me throughout my life’s ups and downs. She’s been like a wise mentor, gently guiding me while I have been going through some big life changes with her encouragement, advice, and unwavering support. As a yoga practitioner, her classes create a calm, safe, and warm atmosphere filled with positive energy. Even though I’m a newbie to yoga and I still have a lot to learn, Jessica is so welcoming and explains things in a digestible way that’s easy to understand. Her reminders to be gentle with ourselves and adapt as needed are super helpful, especially for someone like me who’s new to it and trying to get back in shape. Music is a big part of my life, and her incorporation of music with movement and breathing really elevates the experience! That’s something that really stands out for me and helps me get into it!Jessica’s teachings and classes have had a huge impact on me. They’ve unexpectedly given me emotional releases during sessions. It’s been an exciting journey to explore this new chapter with such a passionate and dedicated instructor. Her guidance is really inspiring me to keep learning and growing in the practices I’ve learned from her. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a transformative yoga experience. One thing that sets Jessica apart is her unique style and approach. She goes beyond traditional yoga practices and creates a nurturing and empowering space for women to discover support in a holistic way. She’s an amazing soul and I’m so happy I get to learn from her!
March 31 · Amanda SI've checked out a handful of different yoga classes here and I've loved all of it! 🧘♀️ The instructors are great and the studio is very chill and private (no big windows for passers-by to peek in)... As a total noob to yoga I felt like the classes have all been adaptable to fit my abilities as well as those who have clearly been doing yoga for years. Definitely recommend checking it out for yourself!
April 20 · L BurkI purchased the monthly member plan with Mikayla and had yoga with her 2-3 times a week. I only stopped because I've moved to a different town. The classes were the perfect blend between challenge and ease, and she showed me how to push my body's limits in a healthy way. I have learned so many skills that I'll continue practicing in my daily life, and I'm really grateful for Mikayla's guidance through classes.
August 10 · SydneyBoth the owner and the instructor went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as a first time student at their gem of a studio. The studio is beautiful and the practice left me feeling both grounded and energized. The accessible options and variations to the poses were wonderful as well.
