Everyone is supportive to new students that are learning the routines. It is great exercise that is both fun and beneficial. Combines cardio, strength training, stretching and balance routines all to upbeat, contemporary music.There are many classes to accommodate busy schedules, including early morning, evening and weekends. The instructors help to tailor the routines for each individuals abilities and fitness levels and keep the atmosphere both motivating and enjoyable. A great fitness option for women of all ages!!
