December 04 · Maria NicholsMotivating music, upbeat, women's strength and empowerment. Loving my Jazzercise experience and highly recommend as a structured class exercise.
March 17 · Samantha PersingerJoining Jazzercise in Wadsworth has been the best decision for my health I have made since becoming a mom! It’s the first time I truly want to go workout and the best part is they are fun but intense, but at varying levels depending on your own body and needs. The other part that makes it doable for me is the free childcare- my kids love going! Highly recommend giving it a try!
August 01 · Justine CianchettiIt's a great full body workout that incorporates cardio, weight training, HIIT training, stretching, and techniques from kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, dance, and more! Jazzercise has made progames that are easy to follow, fun, versatile, and up-to-date while all done to great music that everyone can enjoy! It's a workout family with great camaraderie and no judgement! You don't have to be a good dancer to be able to do the workouts. It's easy to learn and you can pick classes that target the workouts you want. Try it out for yourself!
