Everyone is so nice and welcoming and every class challenges you in a new way. I also love that it’s in downtown Milford, so you can grab a coffee at Sweetwater or have lunch with a friend after a workout... all within walking distance!During Covid, the owner, Kristy, took every precaution to keep the studio clean and safe! She limited the class sizes and made sure that all precautions were in place.Highly recommend this studio! Support loca!

The workouts are challenging and I've seen great improvement in my strength as well as my physical results.
