★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amy and Kara’s Jazzercise class is a mix of fun and an effective workout. The instructors are playful and positive. I frequently smile or laugh during class, other people sing to the music, and sassy moves are part of the routines. It is a full body workout with a combination of cardio, legs, arms and core focus in every class. All skills are welcome. Both low impact moves are shown and tips to level up your activity for a harder workout. I like that the classes are recorded and available 24/7 so you can squeeze in a virtual workout when it fits into your schedule.
August 15 · Anie SklarMiddlebury Jazzercise is such a fun, welcoming, stress-free environment. I absolutely love coming to class and knowing that whether I feel like low-impact or high-impact moves, there are always options for me. Amy & Kara, the instructors, specifically make it a special place to be with their open, kind and silly demeanor. While a dance-based group exercise class might initially sound intimidating, those feelings will diminish once you hear the beat of the music and see all the smiles on everyone's faces! I LOVE JAZZERCISE!

August 10 · Crystal JonesI had never heard of Jazzercise until the fall of 2015 when I saw classes being offered where I work. I thought I would give it try. I was immediately hooked. We do cardio, strength, and stretch to recent music. There are different formats available so it's never boring. Instructors are friendly and fun, and show different options for all ability levels. Great workout, great atmosphere, and best of all - awesome people to workout with!!
