I had a very bad experience with the north Berlin Park District. With the front desk, Myra and also. Joseph Valles, he’s the director of the park district. They are both condescending Mr. Valles rather prefer to Lowe’s $300 versus giving a break for $45.00 He made it loud and clear that he’s the one who makes all final decisions depending on what mood he is in. it seems like he will judge his final decision to how he feels instead of trying to help someone . Maybe it’s time to replace him if he’s not willing to help out someone who is struggling or just having a rough time. And Maria from the front desk should smile and be a little nicer to people. Good luck if you ever have to deal with those two nasty people. - Maria L. Jimenez
