Rhythm Fitness, LLC Introduce
For residents of Scranton and the greater Lackawanna County area, Rhythm Fitness, LLC stands out as a unique and welcoming destination for holistic wellness and high-energy exercise. Far more than a typical gym, this establishment functions as a dedicated yoga studio, a dynamic aerobics center, and a genuine community hub, all housed under one roof. The core philosophy here centers on creating an environment that is not just about physical movement, but also about encouraging mental well-being and building lasting friendships. Owned by Crystal DeAntona, Rhythm Fitness operates with a clear focus on inclusivity, making the journey to fitness and mindfulness accessible to absolutely everyone in the Pennsylvania region.
What truly sets Rhythm Fitness apart is the overwhelmingly positive and supportive atmosphere consistently praised by its patrons. Customers describe the experience as joining a "big group of friends" who are all actively encouraging one another. This non-judgmental culture is a huge draw for local users who may feel intimidated by larger, less personal fitness chains. Whether you are a dedicated yogi looking to deepen your practice or a complete beginner trying Zumba for the first time in years, the instructors are noted for being incredibly kind and treating everyone "like family." One loyal customer who has practiced yoga here for five years states that the studio has "completely changed my life for the better," underscoring the profound and positive impact this local business has on the lives of Pennsylvanians.
Rhythm Fitness, LLC is conveniently situated in the heart of Scranton, making it easily accessible for commuters and local residents alike. The studio operates a unique setup within the building, dedicating separate spaces to cater to different fitness needs, which adds to the focused, specialized nature of the classes.
The studio is located at: 206 N Main Ave F3, Scranton, PA 18504, USA.
The facility is noted for offering its group fitness programs, such as Zumba and other high-energy classes, on the third floor, while the dedicated yoga studio space is found on the second floor. This separation ensures a tranquil environment for the yoga practice while maintaining the vibrant energy needed for dance-based workouts. The business confirms that accessibility features are in place, making it easier for local patrons with diverse needs to attend classes. Furthermore, the studio accepts major Credit cards and Debit cards, providing modern, hassle-free payment options for residents of the Keystone State.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been attending Zumba at Rhythm Fitness off and on for almost 2 years now. The instructors are all so nice and the routines really get you moving! What I love is that I'm not committed to a contract, I can go when it fits my schedule, sometimes that's 3x a week and sometimes its 4 months later and everyone is just so welcoming regardless of how much time its been since I was last there. It's really like a big group of friends who are all encouraging you.m, because you're all there for the same thing: to get moving!!
September 28 · Jennifer CroslandI've been doing yoga here for the past 5 years and I can only say amazing things about this studio. The instructors are incredibly kind and will treat you like family. Yoga classes are accessible and welcoming to everyone regardless of age or ability. This is a wonderful spot to try a yoga class for the first time , or if you're experienced it's also a great place to grow in your practice. I live out of town now, but every time I'm home I make sure to catch a class or two each time! This studio was the first to introduce me to yoga, and has completely changed my life for the better ever since.
January 02 · Anna LigorioThe best little gym in town. Love the classes and the crew. There are opportunities for zumba and yoga, and hopefully more opportunities for weights/circuit training soon.Everyone comes to exercise but we all have such a good time that it never feels like work.Rhythm is as much a part of my daily routine as sleeping or breathing and I wouldn't have it any other way.If you're looking for a welcoming environment that gets you moving, Rhythm is it.
January 18 · Jeanne KathleenI’ve done the yoga classes at rhythm fitness and I love them! I was anxious at first, but my classes have been intimate allowing the instructors to focus on each individual, they are able to help you with perfecting your poses. They also give you great feedback and words of encouragement. Kayla and Lacey are awesome! I highly recommend trying this group out!
January 16 · Melanie GriffithsI discovered Rhythm Fitness a month ago and was instantly hooked. The instructors are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. They really know how to get you motivated. They offer classes every day of the week which makes it so convenient. I felt so welcome from all the friendly ladies who come to the classes. Classes are full of people of all ages and skill level and I never felt any kind of judgment. I would highly recommend Rhythm Fitness to anyone no matter if they are new to Zumba or an experienced dancer.
