★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love this studio!! Great aerial and pole and active stretch classes (physical therapy informed)!! Great pricing for beginners! The instructors are great teachers, and there are so many classes to choose from. I’ve been on the beginner unlimited for $150/mo.
July 05 · Liz StrongWe had a great time here at the intro to pole class. Teacher was great and interacted well with all of us there on a bachelorette celebration. New respect for all who do this - it's fun but requires serious strength! But all levels can definitely try this out, there's a very welcome vibe. Clean facilities with easy street parking and the people helping me were really friendly throughout the whole process. I was really hoping there would be more dance - but it was all pole moves. We still had a great time over all!
June 19 · Angela HigleyI absolutely love, love, love this pole studio. The staff are superb and very professional but fun and they definitely know their business! Take a class you will not EVER regret it! Pole is a great fitness workout, very empowering for women and it doesn't hurt how sexy you will feel❤️
June 19 · Beth RankinI started taking Aerial classes for the first time about 9 months ago and I can’t recommend it enough! Deborah has been an amazing instructor, she always makes sure to give instructions that everyone can follow no matter their background in silks, and she is always willing to correct/help you whenever you need it. The SF pole and dance space is very welcoming and friendly, and I always look forward to the next class. Thank you Deborah and SF pole and dance for these amazing classes!
July 03 · Nika SepehriMost of the times I've gone, I've had to share a pole. Some of the teachers don't know how to effectively manage and teach each cohort, especially when there are a whole range of experience levels in a class. In inversion conditioning, an instructor didn't walk through the stages for the second cohort which I was in. I ended up dislocating my toe since I didn't know how to properly land from an inversion. It took ~2 months to heal.Don't get me wrong, there are some great instructors here. I would recommend going to a different and smaller studio with better overall instructors.
