Afterward, it feels like you’re fresh off of a massage table but at the same time you’re strengthening your muscles and increasing your awareness about your body and alignment. I love the convenience of doing classes and private sessions on zoom. Sarah is great at teaching virtually and provides helpful feedback. Sarah works with you to figure out what your body needs and customizes your session based on that. Somehow she finds muscles and areas of tension you didn’t even know you had! If I didn’t know there was so much science behind it, I’d think it was magic!

Private Pilates sessions with Sarah are fantastic - she is very good at "reading" your body to help you perform exercises accurately and safely. After a few weeks I felt stronger and more in control of my movements than when I started. I've also attended modern dance classes at The Somatic Center, which are fun! It's a beautiful space and a great place to further your wellness goals.
