★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This class is absolutely amazing and a real.community resource. This is the first time I have done a class like this and I'm definitely going back. There is a teaser package for you to explore opportunities. There are course series, foundational classes, and one off courses that you can repeat for growth/improvement. I already love it here. The instructors are warm, welcoming, inviting and want you in the community. So far, it's an experience that I will continue to invest in
July 17 · A CiliciaElyse was a great instructor for my intro class. She tried to teach us as much as she could fit in the time available. I’d love to come back. There are about 6-7 poles in this studio.
April 21 · SusuI had the pleasure of trying out this class during Santa Cruz dance week. I was both apprehensive and excited because I've seen these ladies perform before and they are amazing athletes. This class is empowering for women as it is inwardly focused on what makes us feel good, not what the world outside thinks of us. And the moves are challenging and trust me you'll feel it the next day, especially in your upper body. This is definitely a workout that is on my list to master!
April 21 · Gargi Mitra KeelingThis is my place. My home away from home. My community. I checked out Steel and Grace over a year ago to take a pole class and never looked back. I've tried every class that's offered and continue to be a regular in the pole fitness classes (S Factor is also amazing!). Each instructor is fun, friendly, and knowledgeable, while the classes and engaging and fun. This is just a great community where I continually feel welcomed, respected, accepted, and leave feeling empowered. The owner, Ellice, is "team mom" for this awesome community and passionate about making everyone feel welcome in this space. I can't say enough good things about S&G - just wish I had more time to take more classes. :P
January 23 · Lori ThomasSteel and Grace is where I first learned pole. I started with a private S factor and Pole Fitness class then went all in to explore the other different styles of pole dance 5 days a week. Classes sell out quickly so it's recommended to book in advance.I've enjoyed learning from all of the instructors - words cannot describe how much fun I had at S&G! Thank you, studio owner, Ellice, and S&G crew for a memorable time at the studio!
