The Turning Pointe: Dance and Fitness Reviews
In three words, I would describe The Turning Pointe fitness (Pilates reformer) as “tailored to you.” Katie Maurer checks in with each student, even in a class setting, to determine issues and needs and then tailors the class to each student. I have been doing the class for 14 years with Katie and I attribute my muscle tone, balance and body awareness to her. I started out as a beginner. It was tough and I stuck with it. I am glad that I did. At 66 I am still challenged by the twice weekly workouts (like personal training, only in the company of others.). I highly recommend The Turning Pointe to anyone seeking improved health and fitness.
June 25 · Sharon KlimmMy girls have danced at the Turning Pointe since it opened. Miss Katie is a great teacher to all the dancers. My girls have grown so much in their dance skills. We love Turning Pointe, it’s like a second family to my girls.
May 24 · Suzanne BrooksTurning Pointer is the opposite of those big studios. The dancers get a lot of attention, the recitals aren’t 5 hours long and all the dancers get a chance to shine.
