305 Fitness Introduce
For New Yorkers looking to revolutionize their fitness routine, 305 Fitness in Brooklyn’s vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood offers a unique and highly addictive experience. Categorized as a Hip hop dance class, this establishment has redefined the concept of a cardio workout by transforming it into a high-energy, non-stop dance party. It is widely praised as the "best dance workout and environment" by those who have tried it, with a mission to empower people to "love themselves harder and express themselves louder."
The core concept of 305 Fitness is simple yet brilliant: disguise a killer, full-body workout inside an exhilarating nightclub atmosphere. This is achieved through a combination of high-intensity rhythmic cardio, inspired by the energetic dance scene of Miami (hence the name, 305 being the Miami area code). Classes are known for their easy-to-follow choreography, making the experience inclusive for both seasoned dancers and absolute beginners. As one enthusiast notes, the energy is "infectious," and it’s "impossible to leave the class without a smile!"
Classes typically run around 45 to 55 minutes, incorporating dance, kickboxing, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and plyometrics. A key element that keeps the workout fresh is the structure, which includes a mid-class pause for body toning, focusing on core, arms, or glutes, before diving back into the dance party. This blend ensures a complete fitness routine that is both mentally engaging and physically demanding, making the time fly by. The whole place radiates "the most positive vibes," fostering a supportive and fun little dance community right here in the heart of Brooklyn.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm hooked on this dance studio!! I was looking for a new place to do Zumba or another cardio workout, and found 305 on ClassPass. This is by far is the best dance workout and environment I've ever been in! The instructors and people in class have been SO nice from day one, it's a really supportive and fun little dance community! :) The glow-in-the-dark lights and DJ make each workout feel like a fun party, and the instructors spread so much positivity. I also love how most classes have a halfway point where we stop dancing and integrate some kind of body toning. It keeps the class fresh and helps me get a full workout! Workouts are intense and you'll probably be sore the first couple times, but it's the most fun workout and totally worth it! The dancing and music is so fun, I actually find myself wishing the workouts were a little longer, but 45 mins is a good limit based on the intensity. Try it, you won't regret it!
September 20 · Ashley Aronjust the best exercise studio i've ever been to! the energy is infectious, the whole place has the most positive vibes, the live dj and dance lights make the class sooo much better than any dance cardio you've ever done in another gym. thank you 305 for being such an inclusive, optimistic and supportive environment :) impossible to leave the class without a smile!
April 24 · D KI have been loving 305. Feels like I’m in a music video. Can certainly push myself harder than in a regular/boring workout. All of the instructors are jam packed with personality, extremely welcoming atmosphere. Back 4 more soon!! Xoxox
May 30 · Paige SiegwardtAlways had the best time ever at 305 Fitness! You can always count on sweating out all your stress after a 45 min class. The live DJ creates an unbeatable and positive vibe that no other dance studio can match! I had never been a good dancer, really uncoordinated and always struggled with my moves, even felt a bit traumatized with dancing in the past. But this place is different, the instructors and class atmosphere has absolutely no judgement and just makes you wanna shake your whole body ALL THE WAY TILL MUSIC ENDS. You're like in your own world for the entire class!Highly recommend 305 Fitness!
May 12 · Evelyn TsaiLOVE! Amazing workout, instructors, and studio! Easy to follow choreo that makes you sweat, plus often a short strength segment - class flies by! Very supportive and positive fitness space. If you have never tried 305 Fitness, you’re missing out! ;-)
