Aerial Arts Fitness Introduce
For residents across Connecticut seeking a revolutionary approach to fitness that is both physically challenging and incredibly fun, Aerial Arts Fitness in Jewett City stands out as a premier destination. This engagement is key to maintaining a long-term fitness routine, as highlighted by numerous local members who express a "renewed excitement" and look forward to every class. The sense of accomplishment that comes from executing a difficult aerial move translates directly into boosted confidence and mental strength, benefits that extend far beyond the studio doors.

Adding to its distinguished profile, Aerial Arts Fitness proudly identifies as both veteran-owned and women-owned. For the Connecticut community, supporting this business means investing in a local enterprise committed to empowerment, strength, and inclusivity.

For Connecticut residents, particularly those in the Eastern part of the state, choosing Aerial Arts Fitness is an investment in a fitness routine that guarantees engagement, fun, and significant personal growth. It’s worth choosing for several compelling reasons that directly address the limitations of conventional fitness models.
Firstly, it offers a Skill-Based Mental & Physical Challenge. The work on the silks, pole, and hammock requires intense focus and problem-solving, which studies show is excellent for cognitive function, stress reduction, and building mental resilience. This is fitness that engages the brain as much as the body.
Secondly, the Empowerment and Community aspect is unparalleled. The supportive, family-like culture is a powerful antidote to the often isolating experience of a large, impersonal gym. By joining, members gain a community of cheerleaders who celebrate every milestone, big or small, leading to an unshakable confidence that permeates all areas of life.
Lastly, the Commitment to Quality and Diversity in services ensures excellent value. From the therapeutic benefits of Aerial Hammock to the empowerment found in Hell On Heels and the strength gains from Pole Strong, the diverse curriculum ensures a comprehensive, full-body conditioning regimen. The combination of being a women-owned, veteran-owned business with a highly accessible location makes Aerial Arts Fitness a reputable, responsible, and truly unique fitness choice for any Connecticut local ready to trade the treadmill for the thrill of flight.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is amazing. The owner Jenn is not only super sweet, she’s an awesome instructor. I’ve also taken classes with Liz, AJ, Wren, and Tracey and they are all equally awesome, each with their own unique personality, style, and coaching abilities so you really get a well-rounded experience to your training. I’ve learned so much in only a month as each instructor introduces not only new moves, but variations on each which unlocks endless possibilities. Everyone there is really supportive and encouraging too, no matter where you are on your journey. I look forward to each class and feel a renewed excitement in finding something physically challenging that I also love.
August 30 · Jen GalassoI absolutely love AAF! It is so incredible having access to so many fun modalities & the community is like family. I am so grateful for Beth for being such a cheerleader & incredible teacher. She is thorough, efficient , kind & makes you believe in yourself! I love my Thursdays, they are the highlight of my week 💓
August 01 · Annaliese Maria CiarciaVery welcoming environment for new people. Had a blast learning something new. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good workout. This is a fonomanl small business. Yes, you may try some things outside of your comfort zone. For me personally, it has really helped improve my self-confidence. This is a very warm welcoming place to be. The instructor took her time to make sure I got the moves and didn't leave me behind even though this was my first class. I can definitely see myself going back to learn more. -update here I have now been going for 8 months and wouldn't change this part of my fitness journey for anything.
December 27 · kristie ClubineComing to AAF has been a life-changing experience. I started this year terrified of heights, with no support system in Connecticut, and no upper body strength. Just three months after my very first class here, i cannot tell you enough about the positive 180° change in my life since then. The instructors are kind and patient, while being willing to push you to challenge your limiting beliefs in yourself, and help in setting realistic goals. I came in to try a pole class, and find myself taking multiple Lyra classes a week, and even trying “Acro-Chair” for the first time! I’m so grateful to have found a home here, and I’m sure you will too.
August 05 · Wren MaharOur troop reached out about hosting a girl scout event. Ages range 7-15. Not know what to except we walked in as a group. We were met by two of the sweetest and nicest instructors. They were so welcoming and encouraging. They assisted each girl and even got us moms to join in on the fun! Definitely fun, most girls have been asking when we can go back. Would highly recommend! Abs were sore for a few days. Such a great/fun workout. We can definitely is the girls signing up for future sessions.
