Mary is such a positive, energetic force to help everyone with their goals. All ages, sizes, abilities are all welcomed with smiles and love. In addition, Mary holds charity events to help the community. The Annual Prom Dress Giveaway is excellent!!! Many young ladies from across the area find the perfect dress due to the generosity of Mind and Body Studios and its supporters. The various instructors are as equally supportive and fantastic!!!
