The curriculum is structured to allow for safe progression, ensuring that students build strength and confidence at a pace that is right for them. Here is a closer look at the services offered:
- Aerial Sling & Trapeze Classes: These are excellent for beginners, providing an introduction to aerial apparatuses and focusing on foundational strength and flexibility. They are designed to be a "WholeBodyBalance Workout" and are perfect for newcomers.
- Aerial Yoga: This class uses a suspended fabric hammock to support the body, allowing for improved flexibility, balance, and spinal decompression. It's a great option for those looking for a low-impact, mindful movement practice.
- Aerial Skills Classes (Levels I, II, & III): These classes are for students who want to progress and specialize. Level 1 is a "smorgasbord" of apparatuses including trapeze, silks, hoop, and rope. As students advance, they can specialize in either hard bar (trapeze and hoop) or soft bar (fabric and rope).
- Kids' Classes: Designed for children as young as 8, these classes provide a fun way for kids to develop fitness on various aerial apparatuses. They often culminate in performance pieces for recitals.
- One-Hour Crash Course: For those who want to "just come check us out," these introductory sessions offer a quick tour and a chance to try a little bit of aerial yoga and the workouts before committing to a full class.
- Open Workouts & Open Air Improv Night: The studio provides opportunities for students to practice and perfect their skills outside of class time. The improv night is a unique event that allows students to perform for friends and family in a casual and supportive setting.
- Choreography Tracks: For students who are ready to perform, these semester-long courses prepare them for recitals and other shows.

May 15 · Maranda EI can't say enough great things about Rebekah (the owner) and her studio! I have known Rebekah for several years now and always admired her as an aerialist and teacher. I went down to her studio in December to help her with a new book, teach a workshop, and perform in a show at her studio. I felt immediately at home in her studio. The atmosphere she has built is just fantastic and full of energy. Her students were so welcoming and friendly. Her show was very professional and a lot of fun to be in. Even though I was only there a week, I felt like I was welcomed in as part of the community. On top of that, Rebekah offers quality training at her studio - safe, proper progressions, and lots of learning. I highly recommend!
February 28 · McKinley VitaleSo much inspiration and beauty! The teachers are amazing and friendly! Absolutely LOVE being here!
October 28 · Erin HerndonThe owner has really rolled with the restrictions COVID demands. And it seems to benefit her clients. The classes are smaller so there's more one-on-one time with instructor. Mask are worn the whole time. Classes are scheduled with 15 minute breaks in between so there is enough time to lower all equipment clean it and get it back up. Each student has their own section that is blocked off with plastic sheets and mirror. Students are responsible for cleaning their equipment before they start and then they clean again at the end of class. With the classes being held in a section of a warehouse there is plenty of fresh air circulating through all the windows at the top and the giant garage door in the front. All and all my daughter is enjoying being back up in the air, spinning, twisting, and tumbling.
August 09 · Musette StegerThis studio is amazing! The instructors and students create this warm, welcoming community. Safety is a top priority, and the performances are so much fun! You don't need to have any experience in aerial arts to try it out - they modify things to work for you. If you've ever wanted to try it, just do it!
