August 24 · Janine HenryI love Dancers Closet!! Martha is who is normally there when I come on. She makes everything better LOL. Seriously, she NEVER makes me feel out of place. She's been helpful with everything I've come in for. She is currently helping me get fit for pointe shoes. I'm only doing barre at the moment and just started en pointe. Hard to fit when your foot isn't completely strengthened. I was originally fit to Nikolay up in Portland but it was too wide, so I ended up with a Suffolk Stellar 5.5XX. Martha fit me to the Suffolk and it's SO much better!! I've been dancing with Elena Kunikova live via Zoom for awhile now. All I can say is that what makes a store front like this stand out from me or others going online, is because the customer service is STELLAR!
May 15 · Sara C.My experience at dancers closet was excellent. The manager of the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. In the middle of my wife trying to find some clothes there was another customer that walked in wanting to return a pair of tap dance shoes that didn’t fit. She was annoyed that she wasn’t told upfront that she couldn’t get a cash refund and didn’t want to exchange them for a different size. The manager handled the customer perfectly even though the customer wasn’t being the friendliest towards her. She ended up resolving the issue with the customer and managed to help us out at the same time. Overall amazing customer service, good prices for the products, and I don’t think I would go anywhere else.
January 14 · Jarod Herbick (ObnoxiousGiant)I like this store but they are never open when I go. I came today at 4:30 and the sign said closed and it was dark inside. There is a sign that said they are closed from 2-2:30 daily but it’s 4:30 and it says online they close at 6…. so what happened :(
October 02 · Ben ReedsI ordered 3 pair of Dance shoes for Zumba. They told me they had to order it from the manufacturer. I have been waiting almost 3 months and still no shoes and nobody answers the phone. When I did actually get someone on the phone they told me they would look into it and call me back. That was over 2 weeks ago. I would order shoes online before dealing with Dancer's Closet again!
